Our Terms

1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services include diagnosing and repairing home appliances, which may involve ordering parts and return visits.

2. Diagnostic Fee
A $100 diagnostic fee is charged for each service call. This fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.

3. Parts and Labor Warranty
We stand by our work. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on labor and a 1-year warranty on parts supplied by us. If the same issue recurs within these periods, we will address it at no additional cost.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other common forms of payment. For larger repairs, a deposit may be required to cover the cost of parts. Refunds requested more than 72 hours after invoice payment are not eligible for full reimbursement.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Liability
While we take utmost care in handling your appliances, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that are not related to our repair work. Any incidental or consequential damages are not covered under our service terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure that the appliance is accessible and free from any obstructions before our technician arrives. For safety reasons, our technicians will not move heavy appliances unless absolutely necessary.

8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to complete your service or as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy section.
